Duralex USA is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused glassware in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that due to the nature of glass, items must be securely packed to ensure they arrive back to our warehouse in salable condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original Duralex box and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton using ample protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
